Sophie Heywood

Client Services Manager
Personal Real Estate Corporation

I have been on The High Technology Facilities Group for 19 years, and I genuinely love what I do. Every day brings unique challenges and opportunities, and I thrive in the dynamic environment where no two days are alike. I take pride in being the glue that holds our team together, ensuring that our operations run smoothly while fostering strong, trustworthy partnerships with our team and clients alike. I am surrounded by a palpable energy and excitement that fuels me each day. But what truly makes my job special is the team – their creativity, innovation, dedication,  and spirit are incredibly motivating – together we work hard, laugh a lot, and support each other through every challenge and win. This collaborative atmosphere drives us to achieve our best, and I find that so unique.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find me running the seawall, and spending countless hours watching both my children on the soccer field – born and raised in England in a rugby family, I never thought I’d be so passionate about football (soccer)!
