Congratulations to Earls Kitchen + Bar on securing their new Vancouver headquarters, a stunning space that has earned the CoreNet Global Workplace Excellence REmmy Award!

Kevin Nelson from our team had the pleasure of assisting Earls Kitchen + Bar in selecting and acquiring the top floor of OFISWERKS by FORMWERKS, a cutting-edge strata office development in Mount Pleasant. Kevin played a crucial role in helping Earls find the perfect head office, one that could provide employees with a best-in-class work experience.

Working closely with Sarah Stanford and Workplace Strategy, as well as Chloé Coussy and Project Management at CBRE, Kevin and the team transformed the space into a unique and inspiring office environment that seamlessly blends Earls’ brand identity with employee wellbeing and culture.

This project sets a new standard for innovative office environments and showcases the power of collaboration and design.
